How to use TaxEez

From upload to exported tax pack in five short steps.

  1. Create a tax year. On the Dashboard, click New tax year and enter a label such as "2025/26".
  2. Upload your documents. On the Upload page, drop in bank statement and invoice PDFs. TaxEez extracts and structures the data, keeping only the transactions dated within the selected tax year.
  3. Review transactions. On the Transactions page, adjust categories and tax treatments, or click Classify to auto-classify remaining items with AI.
  4. Add extras. Log business mileage, recurring payments, and tax-exempt items as needed — every entry flows into your tax summary.
  5. View and export. On the Tax Summary page, review your computation, then download a CSV or a ready-to-file tax pack PDF.
